Stay happy, happy stay
Yudee Assets began as four holiday properties with no shared identity — two beachfront villas on Puek Tien Beach, two beach houses in Hua Hin's Baan Suksamran community. Studio TRY built the brand architecture that ties them together: a playful naming system pairing each property with a sea-creature nickname (Mahi-Mahi, Mola-Mola, Dolly, Molly), a guiding brand line — "Stay Happy, Happy Stay" — and a positioning that draws a clear line against hotel-style hospitality in favor of something more relaxed, while still taking guest well-being seriously. The work carried through every touchpoint a guest or booking partner might encounter, online and offline: the website, brochures, price lists, and property maps, all built to feel like one brand across four very different stays.
